Q1: How do I apply to become a driver-partner?+-

You can start your application by downloading our driver app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or through our website and completing the sign-up process. For any query, our team will then guide you through the verification and onboarding steps.

Q2: What are the basic requirements to be eligible?+-
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Hold a valid commercial driving license (LMV-TR).
  • Have a clean driving record and pass a police background check.
  • Own or have access to a vehicle that meets our standards.
Q3: How long does the entire onboarding process take?+-

Typically, the document verification and onboarding process takes about 3 to 5 working days. This can vary depending on the speed of background checks and document verification. We aim to get you on the road as quickly as possible.

Q4: Is there a mandatory training program?+-

Yes. All new driver-partners must complete our mandatory training program. This training covers how to use the driver app, our safety protocols, customer service standards, and operational procedures to ensure you are confident and well-prepared.

  • Personal documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and a valid commercial driving license.
  • Address proof: Aadhaar Card or Voter ID.
  • Vehicle documents: Vehicle RC (Registration Certificate), Fitness Certificate, Commercial Vehicle Insurance, and a Pollution Under Control (PUC) Certificate.
  • Background check: A recent police verification certificate.
  • Bank details: A cancelled cheque or a copy of your bank passbook for payment processing.
Q6: What types of cars are allowed on the platform?+-

We accept a range of 4-wheeler vehicles, including hatchbacks, sedans, and SUVs, that are in good condition and meet our model year requirements. The vehicle must be registered as a commercial vehicle.

Q7: My car is registered for private use. Can I attach it?+-

No, all vehicles on the World Economic Mobility platform must have a commercial registration (RC) and the necessary commercial permits to comply with RTO regulations. We can guide you on the process of converting a private vehicle to a commercial one if needed.

Q8: What other vehicle certificates do I need?+-

Besides the commercial RC, your vehicle must have a valid fitness certificate, commercial insurance policy, state/national permit, and a Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate at all times.

Your earnings are calculated on a daily basis. Payments are transferred directly to your registered bank account through a secure online transfer. You can track your daily and weekly earnings in real-time through the driver app.

Q12: Do I need to have my own smartphone?+-

Yes, a smartphone (Android or iOS) with an active data connection is essential. All trip requests, navigation, and earnings are managed through the World Economic Mobility driver app.

Q13: How do I get ride requests?+-

Once you are online in the app, our system will automatically send you ride requests from passengers near your location. You can choose to accept or decline a trip based on the destination and fare information provided.

Q14: What kind of support can I expect from the company?+-

We have a dedicated 24/7 driver support team that you can contact via phone or email for any issues, including app troubleshooting, payment queries, or on-trip emergencies.

Q15: What safety features are available for drivers?+-

Your safety is our priority. The app includes an in-app SOS button to alert our safety response team in case of an emergency. All trips are tracked via GPS, and you can share your trip details with family or friends. We also conduct thorough verification of all passengers.
